February 22nd - 1 sack and 1 new volunteer!
I have to say today is a great day for Tarvin Village! We welcome on-board a new Champion; Nancy.
Nancy is helping out as part of her Duke of Edinburgh award and hopefully is going to be helping wherever she can but focussing on the Tarporley Road and Church Street areas which are always troublesome and as you can see, regardless of the weather, she took her mum and the dog out for her route this week and managed to collect another sack from just this one small section of the village – thanks Nancy!
Can you Help?
I am proud to live where I do and I am also proud to be collecting this rubbish in my own time but it is more than a one-man job. We need a coordinated team effort which is permanent and sustained. If you could volunteer or help me raise funds for tools, please, click the button…
